Issue #1 Passenger door (have to use the key to open passenger door)
Was told that Hyundai's and Kia's passenger door would not open using the unlock button from my Viper key FOB....
During my search found this post...If I went to my installer and have mine setup like the 2nd diagram on the page would it fix the passenger door issue
2nd diagram - Nissan's Single Wire '91-'95 using 2 relays (Type F door lock)
https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page2.asp
Issue #2
Autostart works fine for my front defrost...however the rear defrost does not work(find myself having to scrape the ice off the rear window or pressing the rear defrost button the conventional way)
Issue #3
Trunk release not working using my viper key fob (I would have to use the release on the driver's side door or manual open with my key)

the defrost and trunk are usually additional features you pay for. do you even have electronic trunk release on the factory remote or a button inside the vehicle? if yes Blue (+) @ kick panel harness to rear
defrost is @ defogger switch Blue or Blue/Black. Can also be found at BCM rear 20pin plug, pin 19

Thank, I appreciate your quick response....
I do not have the trunk release on the factory remote. There is a button inside the vehicle for trunk release.
I usually leave the front & rear defrost buttons, heat on full blast before turning off the car....In the mornings everything besides the rear defrost work.
I had my install weeks ago...Can you please guesstimate how long these adjustments would take?

if you have a button, the installer can easily integrate the trunk release to the viper. The front windshield defrost setting is warm air, while the back glass is heated by a ceramic element. The button inside the car for the rear glass is momentary so it will only turn on/off once every time its pressed (resets when the ignition is off).
I would approximate an hour tops. 10 min to disassemble the dash, 15 for the trunk release and maybe up to 10 for defrost. Set aside an hour as you dont want to rush any installer.

Thanks for the explanation
Regarding the passenger door...would the following be the appropriate solution:
