Hi
I am working on installing a Viper 5706v and DBALL immobilizer and I face some issues:
Wiring:
Main Harness:
Red 12DC constant input to car white wire
Black ground to car chassis
Remote start:
RED / Black Fused Accessory/started input to car white wire
Red Fused 12V ignition input to car white wire
RED / White fused 12V ignition 2 to car white wire
Green Starter input key side to car yellow *
Violet Started output car side to car yellow *
Pink/White ignition 2 to car orange
Orange accessory output to car red
* yellow wire was split for this connection
DBALL was flashed with the program for the 2012 Honda Accord
issues:
1. The DBALL did not received 12V from the starter thus the light did not came ON . I got 1.5V (not enough) on the red wire from the remote starter to the Dball unit and 5.7V from one of the can communication wire (do not remember color) next to the red. Pressing the button on the remote the starter clicked and the light on the antenna came on but that was it. I was able to start the car using my car key.
2. I read on many post that the 12v problem can be fixed by splitting that wire and connect it to a constant 12 volts thus I tried that. The Dball powered, I was able to program it, the doors locked but the car does not start with the remote, it gives me an error. Also I cannot start my car with the key. It cranks and starts but it shut off immediately
Please help

Power up the DB-ALL directly disconnect from 5706 and power and ground directly; see if it does the same thing. If so it's faulty.

I have connected the power of the dball directly to a constant 12V and when I did that I encounter the second issue (see description)
do you want me to do the same with the ground and just leave the CAN connection between the starter and the DBALL?
As an update. I disconnected the Dball, connected an disconnected the started, shout it on and off using the starter switch, i did that in different combination and the car stars and shut off still the issue #2

OK, I'm thinking either faulty DB-ALL2 or wrongly wired. I cooked one some years ago on a 2010 Civic, the CAN and data wires are all pastel on UK cars, please double check that you haven't gone to the wrong wire.

Do you know where I can find a reliable wiring diagram for my car?
Also i will like to find out what the voltages on each cable should be to verify my self that I am getting the right output
