I was installing my viper responder one 4203v and the remote start was working good and i was happy. The day after it just stopped working and the led on the brain box no longer comes on at all. I have checked all my connections and I have a good solid ground. I did however find one of the antenna wires had broken off at the connector. Can a broke antenna wire cause the whole brain box to not power up and flash its led? (I swapped in a known good brain box and it didnt fix the problem.)   Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just to be clear the LED does not come on at all. Even if you unplug it and plug it back in or push the momentary switch to do into diagnostic mode.
