I have a 1991 Toyota MR2 that I have put a 2008 scion tc 2.4 engine in, before I started this I did some research and looked up and bought what was supposed to be a non immobilized ECU.
fast forward to today the car isnt firing, fuel is running to the rails but the spark plugs are dry.
apparently immobilizer shuts off injectors and coil packs.
does anyone know of any aftermarket security that I can use to tell the ECU to stop looking for an immobilizer, or if its possible to flash out the immobilizer in the ECU?
