Honda civic keyless

I put a sidewinder keyless into an '01 Civic. After I was done with the install, the driver's door - and sometimes the rear passenger door, does not always lock when the other doors do, even when I use the button inside the car. The owner of the car claims that everything worked fine beforehand.

the door locks on a K/E is an output. do you hear any kind of grinding noise coming from the doors when you work the locks?? i have had the honda motors go bad. very common with them. if the factory switch doesnt work, i would lean towards...it didnt work right when he brought it in to you. sounds like he has you over a barrell... let us know what you find out..
