2013 CRV with Prestige APS57E and FLCAN
I was wondering if I got the 2nd ignition wire mapped correctly. APS57E has a 2nd ignition wire but the CRV only have one from the Ignition harness. Can I connect it to Accessory 2 and change bank 3 Feature 7 to be the Same as ACC? I noticed EVO All didn't even connect the 2nd ignition wire with their install. Here are my wire connections below, hopefully everything else is correct.

Wiring looks good. I always power the ACC2 circuit and the way you have it set up will work fine. Some installers don't power the ACC2 circuit because it only handles non-essential items like the radio. Your choice but the APS57e has the output available.
Your CR-V probably has a factory alarm, so you will have to set the FLCAN feature to do the "unlock before and lock after". Having the factory alarm system means that the FLCAN will be able to supply the APS57e with the Hood Pin Status signal which will make things easier.
Good luck on the install!
Soldering is fun!
