Can anyone help this old man out. Just bought a 2012 Ford F150 and the previous owner had a solace SMOD11 (one way) remote start with a (I believe it's a idat-alink ADS-AL9TB)-FM3-EN transponder bypass. The system did work but I wanted a two way remote (with confirmation) so I installed the Python 950 remote out of my old truck before I sold it. Remote will not start but lock/unlock works. The following connections were made
*12 volts
*Ground
*Purple (starter side) remote/relay to blue/white (ignition switch)
*Green (starter, key side) remote/relay to (not connected ???)
*Pink (ignition) remote/relay to WHITE/ orange (ignition switch)
*Orange (accessory) remote/relay to PURPLE / green (ignition switch)
*White (parking lights) remote to yellow/blue (parking lights)
*Green (power lock) remote to blue/green (power lock)
*Blue (power unlock) remote to yellow/purple (power unlock)
*Brown (-) (horn output) remote to PURPLE / green (horn)
*Brown (+) (brake) remote to PURPLE / green (brake)
*Grey (hood pin shutdown) remote to hood switch
*Violet/white (tach input) remote to coil
*Blue (status output) remote/relay to blue/white (status input on transponder bypass) Transponder was connected and working prior to my installing different remote.
Does the green wire (starter, key side) on the remote relay need to be connected and if so where. Do I need to hook up factory alarm disarm? (where)
Thanks in advance for any help.

You didn't say whether it's an automatic, but if so, ground the NSS wire (BLACK/ white) and program to automatic.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Yes it's an automatic. I'll check that and let you know.
Thanks

The NSS was it. Grounded that and remote start works. Thanks and Happy Holidays
