Hi, I have series of Magnetic Contact Switches that need to be connected to Viper Car Alarm, Switches are 1035W with electrical configuration N.O. on my other vehicle they are connected to Violet Wire (24-pin Harness which is (+) Door Input), I tried wiring them to same wire in current vehicle but alarm does not go off when I try to open any compartment doors. Is there any other wire for those switches or maybe alarm needs to be programed for them. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks

Are you wiring the switches in series? if so, you need to ground the last switch, place a 1K ohm resistor from constant power to the positive trigger wire of the alarm. When you remove a magnet from any switch it will open the ground circuit and the resistor will make that wire go positive.

My last switch in the series is grounded, so I need to put 1k resistor between Door Input and first switch?

From constant 12 volts to the positive door trigger wire of the alarm. Also connect the first switch to that same wire.
1 end of the resistor to constant 12 volts. Other end of the resistor connects to where you connect first switch to the positive door trigger wire.
