Im hoping someone here has ran across this and could chime in.
I have a 2001 suburban 2500 with heated seats, that Im putting remote start in next monday.
Im using HPTuners to turn off passlock so i dont need to immobilize anything, but my question is with activating the heated seats with remote start.
The seats are actuated by simply pressing a button on the door panel, once for full heat, then again for "low"
I havnt tested anything out, i dont know what signals it sends, and if its just a 5 or 12v source or something, that shouldn't be terribly hard to do, but i was wondering if anyone had experience with this already and could help direct me on how to integrate this. Im betting someone sells some add on part that does it, and I would be interested in seeing what that may be, but Im also quite proficient in arduino, and have extras laying around, if its simply a delay with source voltage added, or even a sensed connection to result in a supplied voltage i could probably make that up on my own.
Any info at all is GREATLY appreciated.
