Replacing a fried RS-603 with a new RS-603A as a basic start and lock activation system in a 1996 Ford F-250. Looked to be plug and play with a little re-programming. Remotes paired up fine and the locks work fine. During the RPM learning the LED came on and wouldn't turn off. I have tried a factory reset and it still won't go off. Also tried a total disconnect. Thought it may be in valet mode somehow so I followed the procedure for canceling that as well with no luck. Guessing I missed something and its in a locked mode of some sort?
