2012 Sienna Avital 4103. No Horn or Lights

Just finished the install of the 4103 In a 2012 Sienna(no Alarm Immobilizer). Install went well except I have no horn or parking lights.
For the horn I used the light green wire under the steering wheel, but nothing.
For the lights I used the - wire yellow, however when I went to set the jumpers, I discovered that there were no jumpers in my kit. Nothing taped to the brain, in the box or anything. As a result, I thought I would change to the + wire because the system is default for +. No jumpers to set lights. Also the programming seems rather tedious as I thought that maybe I needed to set the Horn to ON. May not sound like big issues, bit it's just bugging me that no lights to tell the van has started and no horn at all.

I imagine you found the 3 Pin Parking Light selection area on the side of the 4105 and verified that there was
no jumper there. The jumper used is a very common 2 Pin jumper that is found in many PC applications, If
you don't have any old PC's or expansion PCB's around the house, I think you should visit a local PC repair
and ask if they have one to spare.
For the Horn to sound during 4105 operation you must change that programmable setting at Meun 1,
Feature 1, as the default setting is OFF.

Thanks Kreg. I used your post for the install and it was excellent, thank you. I used the light green horn wire.
Yes, I verified the jumper was not already installed. Ironically enough, the red tape that is normally there on top with the jumper is there, but no jumper itself. I think I have another pic laying around and will check for the jumper. As far as the horn, I did see on the menu that it is default off. Any tips with the programming as I could not seem to get to the menus, but it was late, install took from 7am to 4 pm and I was ready to put everything back together again. Thank for the reply again. Any and all information/advice is welcome.

I'm guessing that without the Parking Light jumper, there will be no output on the White Parking Light
wire. It is a common jumper due to the standard pin "center to center" spacing. Hopefully you can find
a suitable replacement.
Unfortunately, I can't help too much with the Viper Option Programming. I bought a BitWriter years ago
and use that to make any necessary programming changes. To get into the menu's all you need is the main
Ignition wire connected, which you have because the R/S function works, the valet button plugged in to
the correct 2 Pin port and be able to monitor the 4105's LED. Here are the instructions :
The System Features Learn Routine dictates how the unit operates. It is possible to access and change most of the
feature settings using the Valet button.
1. Turn the ignition on, then off.
2. Select a Menu. Press and hold the Valet button. The number of LED flashes and horn honks indicates the
menu number. A single LED flash and honk indicates menu 1. Two LED flashes and 2 honks indicates menu
2.
3. When the desired menu LED flashes and honks are heard, release the Valet button.
4. Select a Feature. Press and release the Valet button the number of times corresponding to the feature you
wish to change. Then press and hold one more time to select the feature. The LED flashes and the horn
honks to indicate which feature is selected.
5. Program the Feature. While holding the Valet button, you can program the feature using the remote
control.
For features with only two options; Lock = option 1 while Unlock = option 2.
For features with more than two options; Unlock selects the options in ascending order.
The LED flashes and the horn honks indicating which option is selected.

Thanks Kreg. I think that is where I became frustrated with the programming as no horn or beeps and only the flashing light. I will check some computer nstores as The old desktop I had laying around did not have any jumpers.
