2002 Nissan Frontier remote start killing me

2002 Frontier. Viper 5305v remote start alarm. The two starter wires have been isolated by relays and diodes. Occasionally I have an on going issue. If the truck does not remote start the first time and tries again the starter will still stay engaged sometimes. Also I have noticed that mostly if the doors are locked and alarm is armed everything works perfectly. I have had it twice with the doors un- locked on remote start cause the starter to stay engaged after start. Turn the key to first position and it knocks the starter engagement off. Isolate the ignition wire also with relay or relay and diode? This thing has been a pita. Hate two starter wire vehicles. Never had any of these issues before personally nor my buddy who installs for a living. Thanks in advance.

both of the starter wires are isolated, should I try the ignition wire isolation? thanks

Have you connected the key sense wire? POS at ignition?

It's a factory diagram of the anti-theft system, but you'll see the key switch to the upper right of the first page.
