Remote Starter, 2002 Toyota Camry V6, Check Engine

Hello, I recently install a remote starter (Crimestopper RS4-G5 Cool Start) in my car (Toyota Camry V6 2002 XLE). Everything is wired as it should and the car remote start/unlock and lock the door/acc work... The problem is that when I plug everything (the bypass and the remote starter module) the car create a check engine light (P0335 and P0340) those code are usually there because of a bad crankshaft sensor. When I unplug everything and I erase the code they don't come back. I know that the car make a ''check up'' when it start, could the remote starter and/or the bypass module cause a current drop so the car cannot make the ''check up'' properly ? There is two 12 volt wire on the remote starter I have plugged one on the ignition harness and one on the fuse box to make sure not to draw too much power from the same place. The bypass module is plugged whit the 12 volt of the remote starter on the ignition harness. The code come even if I don't use the remote starter (if it is still plugged in) What could cause the problem ? Is there a solution beside removing the remote starter ? Have any one here ever had a similar problem, if so what was the solution ? Thanks for your help Gab

Yes I have read this post a lot of time and my wiring for the remote start are the same. I think the issue is with the bypass module (directed 556uw). I have searched on many website but I did not find the answer if its wired the good way. Thanks for the information

If the issue was with the bypass, it wouldn't remote start. You need to test/verify your second ignition (as well as the second starter) wire at the ignition harness itself for proper operation.My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Hello, After some troubleshooting and a recheck of my wiring I found the problem. First I had to put the tachometer wire (I was using the smart tachless option). Then I did not program the remote starter to unlock the door before start (to disarm the security system). And to anyone who is installing the same remote starter in the same car, you don't need a relay for the second start input, you can program one of the high current wire to act as the second one. Thanks again
