Remote Start Stopped Working, Viper 5907v and Fortin Evo-All

Vehicle: 2005 Lexus GX470
Alarm/Remote start: Viper 5906V
Bypass: Fortin Evo-All
I've had the 5906V and evo-all installed for a few months and everything was working perfectly. One day I initiated remote start, at the same time, my viper remote ran out of batter (not sure if that made a difference) and the remote start would not work. The vehicle would crank for a bit, then start, then shutoff after 1-3 seconds, and keep doing that for three attempts.
The evo-all is showing ground signal when remote start is activated via the viper system. If I unplug the evo-all, insert the key into the ignition, and active remote start...it works. I double-checked the bypass connections and everything seems to be well.
On the evo-all, I have done a reflash, tried an older firmware (4.18) as recommended by Fortin tech support, master reset, and successful re-programming but with no successful remote start. I have also done a reset tach learning, but shouldn't make a difference since I wired to tach signal and the fact that remote start works with the key inserted shows it is sensing tach already?
I am dumbfounded as to what the issue is. Everything seemed to point back to the bypass but I swapped it out for a new one and same issue. Please help!

key or pts? if its key stick it in the cylinder and try remote starting it, if that doesnt work start the car (with the key) and do the RS sequence, turn the key off, does it stay running?
33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!

What is pts?
Key in cylinder = remote start works, engine stays running and remains running after I remove the key from cylinder.
I did the failed remote start diagnosis and it blinked three times = low or no rpm. I went to settings and selected virtual tach, attempted remote start and still same issue. I went and changed it to tach sensing, re-learned tach, and still same issue.

push to start=pts. If the pit stop mode works then it the immobilizer. It either lost programming or there is something wrong with the bypass module. Ive use maybe one fortin module years ago, re flashing the module isn't a great idea, last ditch resort imo. I would make sure all the wiring is the same and fortin hasn't updated the wiring of the car, seen that from viper in the past. Im not sure if the fortin module does the tach so if thats not programmed right it wont read the tach from the car. Hopefully some one will chime in that does fortin. ill do some digging and try and help find a solution

I suggest you break it down by the following approach:
1.) Remote Starter: Re-confirm that the remote start still starts the vehicle with the key in the ignition and the EVO-ALL unplugged (since you've re-learned tach, changed viper settings, etc.).
2.) Bypass: Remove the key, plug the EVO-ALL back in and take the EVO-ALL Dark Blue wire and place it to ground. The EVO-ALL Red LED should be on. At this point, you are simulating the key in the ignition with the bypass.   Now try and remote start the vehicle.    If the vehicle remote starts This will tell you that the EVO-ALL is OK/programmed correctly, and there is most likely an issue with the Status output from or the connection to the Viper. If it doesn't start, carefully verify your EVO-ALL connections including the EVO-ALL power and ground. If the vehicle still is unable to start after all of the connections are verified (and there are only a few in this application), reprogram the bypass and repeat the remote start attempt with the bypass isolated.
3.) Once the bypass is operational, remove the ground from the EVO-ALL Dark Blue wire and reconnect the GWR connection from the Viper.

-Still not operational.
Update:
I have confirmed my connection to tach wire has a good signal. I switched to virtual tach and it did the something but this time errors with 'Low Voltage'.
I checked my voltage level and noticed that my battery is not charging when remote started.
Example:
-Resting voltage is 12.5v, start vehicle with key, idle voltage is 14.5v.
-Resting voltage still at 12.5v, remote start vehicle, vehicle turns over for 2-3 seconds and voltage still remains around 12.5v before it automatically shuts down.
Could it be that it is not sensing the vehicle is on via voltage thus not remaining on? What could cause the alternator not to kick on when remote started?-Vehicle starts with no issues using the key and the EVO-ALL unplugged. -Vehicle starts with no issues using the key and the EVO-ALL unplugged.

***Vehicle turns over but it varies on how long it stays on...1-3 seconds normally. I did use the same firmware and also tried an older firmware that Fortin recommended. I have also tried remote starting without the EVO-ALL and it does not turnover at all and continues cranking.
-I checked my voltage level and noticed that my battery is not charging when remote started. --Is your alternator working OK? Are all of the ignition connections of the remote starter hooked up, as if the key was in the ignition? Are your ignition connections properly soldered?
***No issues with my alternator that I am aware of. Drivers around town with no problems. What I did notice was:
-Remote start with key in barrel, vehicle stays on, voltage remains at around resting of 12.5v. If I turn the key to the 'On' position, the voltage jumps up to 14.5v which is my normal running/idle voltage. When I turn the key back to off position, but remote start still on, the voltage will drop back down to 12.5v.

You need to see which of your two ignition wires isn't getting power. Check both the black/red and the blue/yellow. Once you figure that out you need to see if it's a connection problem, or if the Viper lost an output so you know what to do to fix it.
