Im doing an alarm/remote start install on a 2019 Toyota Corolla, what i thought was the immobilizer plug when i unplugged it the car didnt start (pretty standard), but when i plugged it back in it didnt act like other immobilizers ive worked with where the car starts for a second then shuts off before being able to run regularly. Is this something with new immobilizers where they no longer do that?

sounds more like the tach wire. If it was the immobilizer it would just crank and never start, as far as i know. haven't done 19 corolla yet
33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
