Quick question for the gurus here! I have a 2016 ram 1500 with a viper 5706v remote start and alarm system. The led is on the control center. My question is about adding a second warning led. The control center is at the front center of the windshield but is barely noticeable. I'd like to add a second led to say the driver side door or even the back window. Is there a way I can tap into the six pin harness that the control center is attached to? Or is there an easier way? Basically I'd like it to show that the doors are locked.
Thanks in advance for any advice tips and or tricks!!!

You can use the ground when armed output from the alarm to power an add on unit like the Directed 629L. One wire goes to constant fused 12v and the other wire to the GWA output from the alarm.

Viper 620V would be a good choice too for the rear window.

Iskidoo, thank you! Now I assume that any flashing LED would work correct? I like the 620v that you posted. I assume the positive side is connected to the orange wire on the white six pin and the other wire is connected to the constant fused 12v. If it's honestly this easy, I wonder why the installer was saying that it was a real pain to do.
