Starter Keeps Running After Engine Is Remote Started, Avital 4105L, '99 Ram

I installed an Avital 4105L remote starter in my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. It doesn't have a chip key so I didn't use a bypass module. When I start the car with the remote starter, the starter keeps going even thought it says it should only crank for 0.6 seconds in the manual. I used this forum post and explanation by demand https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=125068 to install the remote starter. Since I wasn't using a bypass, I coiled all the 4 satellite harness wires together and that seemed to work, but the starter wont stop cranking even with the engine on. I don't know if this is related, but there was an old remote starter installed before this and someone put in a junction box that has a "starter kill disable wire (500mA negative output). Do I need to attach this negative wire to some other wire on the remote starter? Or is this related to me just coiling all the satellite harness wires together? If you require more information I will respond quickly. This is my first post! Thank you.

Sorry everyone, I figured it out. I just coiled the pink ignition output and blue status output together on the satellite harness. I left the starter output and accessory output un-connected and everything works now.
