Gonna put an alarm in a 90 Legend, I know how to get to my wires that are in the ignition switch harness, I just wanted to know if someone could tell me how to take the underknee dash down, like where to look for hidden screws and stuff, or is mostly releasing clips...thank you.

It's a Honda product so it really can't be very hard...I'd look for screws along the bottom edge of the dash, and probably clips along the top.
If you're really into your car and plan to do other work on it, consider buying a service manual. You can get a crappy Haynes or Chilton's for around $15 at an auto parts store. But if you look around on eBay, you can probably find a factory Honda one, worth around $100 new, for a very good price.
The factory manual will tell you how to take everything apart, as well as having useful electrical schematics.
