the alarm itself is great except for two problems.

i have a 1999 honda accord. before installing the alarm the indicator that tells u if the doors are open would work even if the car was off. for example the car was off and a door was open the indicator for that door would turn on. now, when the car is off that indicator doesnt work, it only works when the car is started.

the other problem is that when the car is running sometimes the rear left door indicator turns on. i came to the conclusion that it has to do with the level thats in the trunk. for example if u put my trunk up, the indicator goes on for that door and it only happens for that door. it also happens if i brake to quickly.

what could be some solutions to these 2 problems? thanks

Sounds like something is mis-wired or shorting. Who did the install? I'd have the wires checked.
