Above Driver's Kick?

Alright I am doing an install on a 1991 Acura Legend and the site says that the Door Trigger (-) is BLACK/ white and above the driver's kick... I have checked everywhere and I can not find a BLACK/ white wire... can someone please tell me where the heck "above driver's kick" actually is?... also what is an easy of testing the wire to make sure it is the right one after I found it?... Thanks for the help

Well, I've never done a Legend before, but I'm assuming it's very similar to my Integra. The driver's kick panel is just to the left of the driver's left foot...so basically the fuse panel area. And I guess they mean the BLACK/ white wire is just above that.
When I took down the panel just below the steering wheel in my car, on the left side just behind where that "knee panel" was, I found a big group of wires tapes up. I untaped them, and was able to grab the domelight wire and the trunk wire from there. You might want to try that....again, I'm assuming that the Legend is like my car.

Grab the wire at the back side of the sill panel next to the seat it should be there and you cant miss it then.

It's actually in the driver's kick not above it, at least it was on my Legend, get into the driver's kick, open up that big loomed/taped bunch of wires, find your wire, strip back some of the insulation...if it's not in the driver's kick, which I highly doubt, then look right above the driver's kick and look in the harnesses there, gotta be somewhere in there, just test all the Black w/white tracer wires til u find it, test like this:
Connect ur meter's positive lead to the wire, connect the negative lead to any ground, set ur meter to volts, open the door, it should read 0, when u close the door, it should read 12V...Do this on all doors, as in open and close them to test the wire to make sure it's catching all the doors, once u find it, connect your alarm's neg door pin wire to this wire..
