1998 Dodge Stratus ES

Hello, I recently installed a Remote Start/Keyless Entry/Alarm in my 98 Stratus and had a couple problems. 

First, my dome lights no longer trigger when the doors are open.  They do however work if operated by the manual switch, and I get the chime with the key in the ignition and the door open.  I am sure this happened while trying to find the Door trigger, but all of the fuses are fine and I can't find any relay related to this operation.  Also, I have not yet found the correct door trigger.  Lastly, I want to hook up my Rear window Defroster to the Trunk Hatch button and can only get it to work when they key is in and turned to ACC.  If anyone has any help to solve any of these 3 problems I'd really appreciate it.  I think I've got the Rear Window Defroster figured out but I need to pick up another relay.
