do you have a Remote Starter insrtalled? If so, who installed it and what kind? If you installed it then you should reconnect the yellow passlock wire and wait 10 minutes. If a shop installed it then they should pay for a tow and they should fix it.

try disconnecting the battery and wait for about 10 min, also make sure the battery is not low or dead, check your headlights to see if they're bright.

Try your other key if you have one. Also, make sure that there are not two active keys near each other that can induce the signal to the Passlock system otherwise you will get problems like this.

Try checking the fuses. There should be a fuse for the passlock. If thats not it, then check the rest of the fuses.

The light just keeps flashing. The battery thing didn't work either. It happened yesterday, and the fuses were all fine. Eventually, after waiting a bit, it just started.

If it happens again close all the doors, start the car, and let it die.  The Theft light should be flashing.

Leave the key ON and crawl out the window if you have to, but don't open the door!  After about 15-20 minutes the Theft light should stop flashing and it should start right back up.
