2 or 5 wire actuator

Hi Guys

I have a 300zx and in order for my compustar aalrm to control the central locking  I need to install a actuator in the drivers door,

Please can someone tell me which actautor is needed, a 5 wire or 2 wire,  Also  the 2 wire one is supposed to connect straight to the alarm, but what about the 5 wire actuator where are they connected

any help would be appreciated

You will need (2) relays and a single actuator. Wire the two relays like this to the alarm.
