Hello all,
I have a 2000 Oldmobile Bravada which I assume is passlock II. Periodically the vehicle will not start and I have to wait 10-20min and it will then start. After reading many posts about the passlock issues I do belive it is the culprit. I do not have a remote start in the vehicle and would like to bypass the passlock system. What are my options in doing this? I do not care about the security of the vehicle just that it always starts with the Key. Thank you in advance for your help.
Thanks
Dan

Somebody correct me please.
Buy this unit and install it so that the wire that is suppose to go to the alarm (waiting for a ground) straight to ground or on a switch. This will bypass the passlock once and for all. You should just be able to ground the one wire and it will work 100% of the time.
