If the car has an electrical button to open the trunk, then you can tap into the wire coming off that button with the auxillary channel from your alarm...but you'll need to wire in a relay.
If you have a lever-type to open the trunk (something you have to "pull" to open the trunk from the car), then you'll have to add a trunk release kit, and a relay to activate it.
Which do you have?

all you need is to get a SPDT or SPST relay. black cube looking
-the wire is white with red stripe(+). located on the driver side right by the fuse panel. there is a pretty wide gray harness that mount next to the fuses.
-the trunk trigger is orange on that same harness(-).
relay diagram:
85- aux channel(-) (i think its RED / white from the unit)
86&30- 12volt constant fuse (if you want to)
87- car's WHITE/ red

-okay, if you have EX V6 they will come with it. look at your keyless button, if you have the trunk button then you have it, its that simple.
-ok the WHITE/ red is the wire that youll being using to pop your trunk via your 554t
-the orange is the trigger wire. if it see the trunk is open, it alarms and show the trunk icon on your LCD. its not necessary to use this wire to operate your trunk. i just thought that if you were to get to that harness anyways, mind as well tap this wire to it, its very simple.
-you have to use the relay. the aux is neg ,so you have to reverse the polarity to supply the WHITE/ red(+).
-radio shack sell relays. the last time i checked, there were some spst relay not spdt. it doesnt matter which one you buy for this application.
this site sell relays too
get the relay and prewired socket for easy install. and get the free relay diagram, very helpful digrams
test it out and post your result
good luck

thanks for your reply! so if i want to see whether trunk is open or not on my lcd screen then connect orange wire and WHITE/ red together to 87?or orange goes to 87 and the WHITE/ red goes to 30?because i have manual here infront of me written 30 goes to switched trunk release wire and 87 goes + if +switched or -ground if -switched.little confuse here!

i just finished remote popping trunk.it worked out great! thank you so much!!! only one thing, when i arm and remote pop then factory alarm activates so i have to unlock it and pop.in past, i already disarm the factory alarm by connecting factory disarm wire with the systems disarm output so it sends negative pulse to disarm the factory honk every time it auto starts.after that it was fine but now it happend again this time when i remote pop the trunk.did you had same thing happend??or is it just me?and i tap orange wire as you said above bot nothing seem to  happend.the pager shows trunk open icon every time i press aux button for about 2 seconds whether i tap it or not,and it disappears couple of seconds later .anywayz thats not the main concern. btw do you have same car and alarm as mine??im just curicious, because you seem to know well on this system and the car.

-well the wire is in a certain zone, so you have to arm it and if you now open it the whole alarm will trigger and display the icon on your LCD. its not what you think like the door icons would do. its in an arming zone, so the icon only stay up when you arm the unit.
-i dont know if there are any other wires that does the samething as the doors would do(arm-no icon/disar- door icon pop up).
