My girlfriend bought a 1995 acura integra and it already had a code alarm sure start lxi equipt.  The remote has an arm and disarm button, trunk button and a remote start button.  Her remote start works fine, but her trunk will not open.  Also she can arm and unarm the car, but the lock and unlock feature does not work accordingly.  Sometimes the car even locks when she unarms it.  I have put alarms and remote starters in, so i know i can fix it i just need some guidance.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!!!

Code Alarms tend to have relays for everything(and fuses as well). I would start by checking all the fuses, especially the ones for tunk & doorlock polarity inputs(there should be 5 or 6 fuses about 6inches out from the brain). I don't think the trunk pop would work unless someone added a solenoid and if that's the case, check the solenoid first. The diagram should be printed on the alarm brain. It sounds like you may also have some faulty connections at the target wires, be sure to check all the cnx especially if the install is a few years old.
Hope this helps.
