Is there a way to create a turn signal flasher that will flash fast, real fast.  Like 10 times per second for example. I want to put this on a 2002 silverado

what I've done before is used an inexpensive "third brake light flasher" unit (sold thru most dealer catalogs at under $7) that is basically an adjustable flasher.  The pot allows you to turn it all the way out  (on solid), and adjust speed from very fast to very slow....will work great here.

the robert thibert catalog shows the brand as DSE and the part number as FBL.  Looks very much like a typical rmt start transponder bypass unit.  little black box with a few wires coming out.  should do the trick!

so for you to hook it up to all your signals, you would have to buy 4 for each bulb?

thanks

all the park lamps (on the park lamp circuit) are in parallel, so you only need to run one box to control all 4.  There's usually not much current happening there, but to be sure, measure the draw on the park lamp wire while the parks are on...if its not more than 5 amps, then this one unit will do it all by itself...if its a larger amount of current, then wire a relay triggered by the box....
