Hey guys,
Im kinda new in car alarms and was wondering if someone could simply explain how to determine the resistor needed for door locks. Im going to be doing a 2002 Sebring and was told the only semi difficult part was the door locks and finding the right size resistor. Any advice on this specific application or how it works in general would grealy be appreciated!
thanks
Chris

Lock is positive throught a 1800 ohm resistor and unlock is positive throught a 750 ohm resistor.  The wire is a WHITE/ green located at the BCM in plug C4.  The BCM is in the back of the fuse box in the drivers kick.

To find out what the resistance is you need to determine the input and output wires at the switch. Then you cut one of them and measure the resistance through the switch.
