Hello guys. I am trying to connect 2 dei sirens to a Viper 791 alarm. They start off ok but after a few seconds one of the sirens starts to fall behind and it sounds like the siren has an echo and then a few seconds later both sirens are out of sync bigtime. Is there any way to make both sirens sound the same without having one advance more than the other? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

You need to even out the length of the wire and make sure they both have good grounds. Personally I have 5 sirens of different brands and sound and it doesn't bother me at all, it makes it unique and I know when my alarm is going off.

The reason the siren(s) are going out of sync is that the alarm module cannot keep up with the *current drain* from the two sirens.
If you continue to use the system as it is presently configured, the alarm siren output will fail.
To allow you to hook up as many (+) (positive) sirens to the alarm system. Please follow this relay configuration. This will allow you to add on additinal sirens, without ill affects to the alarm CPU.
Pin 87 = To +12 constant
Pin 86 = To (-) Chassis ground
Pin 85 = To (+) Positive siren trigger from CPU
Pin 30 = To (+) Siren(s)
The connection above will provide the stated current of the relay used. So if you want to supply 30 amps, use a rated relay for 30 amps, 40 amps etc.
