Hold on a sec.. Is it a 99 CIVIC? ACCORD? etc.??? Did you add a trunk release? Or is it factory? So when you open just the trunk, everything opens? Sometimes you have to program the alarm to disarm when using the trunk pop. Let me know what alarm, what car. It would really help. What you say is quite vague.

oh sorry........it's 99 Accord EX. i have a viper 791xv. The car itself have a trunk pop up. but i want to use one remove instead of 2 remote(Viper & Honda remote). so i run a relay for a trunk from a viper. but do'nt know why when lock the door and then open the trunk all the door lock/trunk open at a same time and the dome light on. alarm start to trigger.

hmm is the factory alarm going off? Or is it the Viper?Make sure you're getting the WHITE/ red wire for your trunk pop. Are you using the RED / white wire from the viper to activate the relay?

Did you hook up the factory disarm wire? because this car disarms when unlocked. so it might be that its sensing channel 2 and disarming the car, but then the alarm going off doesnt make any sense. hmm lemme know which alarm is going off. also you are using the viper remote yes? Also check your grounds everywhere and let me know how u have the relay setup.

there is a seperate disarm wire for the accord tho, try this... first disarm the car with the factory remote, then use the trunk pop. Does it work? IF so, then the problems is somewhere between the factory alarm and yours.

yes, i did hook up the factory disarm H2/1 (GREEN/ black) wire to the factory disarm output power door unlock(orange from the passengers fuse box). it work well when i start the car. i use H1/12 (RED / white)wire grom the viper to the relay and connected to(WHITE/ red)wire for trunk popup. i use the viper remote to open the trunk. if unlock the door and then open the trunk everything work fine. if lock the door and then open the trunk. alarm going off.

ok did you have the factory disarm wire programmed to actiave when you do channel 2? It #9 in the 2nd programming options. That will disable the factory alarm.... but ulocks the doors... Is your new alarms siren going off??? Do you have a trunk pin connected on the blue wire? It may be sensing the trunk open while armed and is triggering the system. Let me know WHICH alarm is going off, factory or new Viper.

let me know which alarm (factory or viper), and then we can solve the problem.

ok here's something that might help a little if its the factory alarm going off... The Viper should allow you time to open the trunk and shut it, as long as you have zone bypass set. in the options.. if the factory alarm is going off you can disarm using the GREEN/ black and split it off to a blue wire in the driver's door located at the power window switch. That will give you a disarm with no unlock. Like i said, lemme know which alarm is sounding off.

ok...to reply a question you're asked which alarm going off it's the viper alarm goes off.i did programming again menu #2-9 features. if Set in OFF the factory alarm goes off but the door still lock.Set ON the viper alarm goes off and the door unlock...so right now i set it ON position. The trunk pin H1/6 BLUE connected to ORANGE(drives kick panel).i did different from the factory alarm disarm wire is intead connect the H2/1 GREEN/ Black to Blue wire(drivers power window switch). i connected to Orange(unlock from the passengers fuse box). because i think it is a same door unlock and it work fine when i start a car.

-dont use the orange wire for disarm.
-what youre doin is not disarming, but you r unlock your car while the viper is still arm.
-the disarm wire h2/1 GREEN/ black is to disarm factory alarm, hence the blue wire at the door like you mentioned
-ithink the reason why it works when you remote start cause the viper disarm itself.
BTW the trunk pin is crap, it doesnt show up on the lcd when you open the trunk. it only show up when that alarm zone set off.
