Hello,

I am putting a remote start add on into my wifes car and to start it wants 3 (-) pulses.   This works if I ground the wire 3 times, start right up.   So I wire that to the door lock from the wiring digram and hit lock three times and I get nothing??   Ive tried a few locations, any idea where a (-) pulse from the lock button may come from?

Also, I have a PATS bypass module in it - Issues as well.   I put the first key in, turn to on, pull and start the remote start within 5 seconds - That works, starts right up.  After I turn the car off and try again, no start unless I reprogram it?? Does the 555f lose the programming is it loses power?

Thanks!

Scott

I believe with the add on that you need to have 3 pulses at the same time.
Remember check all your wires with a DMM!

How would I do that?   If I touch ground three times in a row with the wire - it works....
