sorry if i am dumb but i just don't know, its to activate the parklights on a ram

**** Ground through a 330-Ohm resistor to activate parklights. You can also use a BLACK / YELLOW (+) in the large harness under the hood between the driver's side fender and the firewall.

the parking light wire in this vehicle need a ground through a 330 ohm resistor to work so this means you need a 330 ohm resistor and put that inline of the parking light wire from the alarm .you must use a ground not posiive.

i dont think you will need a relay for the horn in this car but if you have a multimeter cut the horn wire and measure its current when it is being blown, see if it exceeds your remote start horn output(usually 500 ma) and wire accordingly.
yes you can wire to the positive of the parking lights but you will have to take the wire out to the engine bay.which may be harder than using a resistor inside.
you need spdt relays for most automotive work, the relays yoiu have sound right.

awesome thank you, as for the horn crime stoppers manual says certain things have onboard 10A relays  other things are optional need relays required (such as horn and trunk release), but anyways I just wanted to thank you for all your help.

something extraordinarily funky about chrysler horns and blowing them... whether or not a relay is used.  Unless of course, you are taking the wire directly to the 12+ volt horn wire AT the horn itself...  For some reason it doesn't chirp reliably.  When expecting a two chirp, you may get only one.... when you expect three... you may only get two or even one.... I have yet to figure out exactly why but under the dash there is no reliable way that I've seen to wire up the later model chrysler horns.  Fooey on Chrysler.  I'm nearly certain they have a team of educated idiots trying to foil us workin' stiffs.

oh... I guess I deviated from the topic of parking lights.... beg your pardons.  I use the blak yellow with no adverse effects BUT I believe there are two of them... make sure you correctly identify the correct.

I suppose I should have added..... the 2002 and later rams.... the only place I've found the wire is either underneath the vehicle or in a very obscure place behind the firewall junction....behind not in front.... don't ask why a junction has it behind and not in front.... I have yet to come up with reasons why chrysler does the things they do.

the easiest way is to go to radio shack get the value of resistor you need then set your alarm for negative parking lights output, then cut your parking light out of the alarm and place the resistor inline(dont matter which way it faces)now connect the wire to the negative parking light wire at the switch in the car,
