Done a remote start on this vehicle, and everything works but when the heater motor is on, it blows out nothing but cold air. Is there another wire that controls the heat or is there a possibility there is something wrong with the vehicle?

does it happen when you use the key?, if so iut is probably the car. if it does blow out hot air when using the key, you likely have not hooked up an accessory or ignition that is needed for the heater

Try checking your fuses.
Maybe the temp control valve is not working and it is permanently set on cold.
Turn the AC off.

there is no way the AC is on since its like the middle of winter here. We took it down to the honda service, becuz i guess there's something up with the heater motor from the manufacture.
