im having problems with my remote start. it wont crank the engine.
its a crimestopper cs-2011rs w/remote start and pager.
i had it recently installed by my buddy, he has more tech experience than me, but was un able to conect 3 remaining wires and make the remote start work.
so i decided to give it a try.
pink/white - ign2 or ACC 2
gray - Acc(accesory)
brown - starter
WHITE/ red - Tach input(RPM)
they lead to the ignition switch and the Tach wire
i connected these the following on my 89 240sx SOHC Automatic
pink/white - BLACK / YELLOW
gray - blue
brown - black yellow ( im not sure if its right but i used the same wire as above)
WHITE/ red - GREEN/ black at coil.
evrything works fine, except when i press the start engine on my transmitter it wont crank the car, is like no signal is getting to the starter. the transmitter reads succsessful start ( dont know why)

i did some research and tried again, but no luck.

i installed all wires except the pink/white-- ign 2 or ACC 2 ( alarm).

the remote makes the starter crank, but only once and it doesnt turn the engine over.i tried using a relay but im not sure i did it right because the sh*t didnt work. i got the same result, ithink the wire that i need to connect is the second start wire that i need to connect inorder for the remote start to work.

anyhow, can i hook up the wire somewhere else?

at this point i dont know how to solve this problem, i need some help.

thanks

LC
