I am trying to install the new Phoenix Digital 2-way alarm with remote start on a 1999 Honda Accord four door. I used the wiring diagram provided by the12volt. Alarm and keyless entry works fine, but remote start won't work. The fuel pumps turns on and all accessories turn on. It even attempt to crank three times, but it won't start. Do you have any ideas as to what is wrong? The tach wire or the 12 volt sensing wire is connected. All the wires are connected. What is that green key flashing icon? If I leave the key in the on position and do remote start it works. The keys has no chips in them and there is no anti theft system on the vehicle (such as Ford PATS system).

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.
