r/s does not work

last week i purchased a viper 791xv i got the alarm portion of it all installed cept for the door triggers(gonna do that tomorrow) so far everythign works fine on that end i got the r/s end of it installed today and i am sure i have everything right but for some reason it wont remote start. the vehicle is a 2001 s10 4x4 zr2 when i try to remote start it the remote beeps twice then theres a pause maybe 2 seconds then it beep twice again and it wont start it starts and runs fine with the key here is a list of what i have hooked up and where
primary harness H1 12 pin connector
H1-1 orange       -500ma armed output     not used
H1-2 white        light flash output      +lt. blue at headlight switch
H1-3 WHITE/ blue   r/s activation          ground through momentary switch (n/o)
H1-4 BLACK/ white domelight supervision   not used
H1-5 green        -door trigger input     not hooked up yet
H1-6 blue        -multiplexed input      not used
H1-7 violet       +door trigger input     not hooked up yet
H1-8 black        -ground input           chassis ground
H1-9 empty
H1-10 brown        +siren output           red wire on siren
H1-11 red          +12v constant           red wire on steering column
H1-12 RED / white    -200ma ch2 input        not used
secondary harness H2 6 pin connector
not used
door lock harness 3 pin connector
1    green    -lock/+unlock               white wire on brown plug at bcm
2    empty
3    blue     +lock/-unlock               lt. blue wire on brown plug at bcm
remote start primary harness
ribbon cable with plugs on both ends
did not change anything
r/s interface module
1    purple    +out to starter             yellow starter wire (starter side)
2    green     starter input from ign switch yellow wire from ignition switch
3    red       +12v                        heavy gauge red wire under steering column
4    orange    + to acc. circuit           heavy gauge brown wire under steering column

Your neutral safety wire shouldn't go to the neutral safety switch. If you have it hooked to the purple wire on the switch(the wire that goes directly to the starter), what's happening is that whenever the starter wire is powered up, the nss wire loses its ground and shuts down the remote start.
The vehicle has an electrical neutral safety switch on the transmission, so you can just hook that wire directly to ground, or to ground through a toggle switch. DEI's instructions on that wire are pretty confusing, but it's not necessary on your vehicle.

Try to program the unit to start in voltage checking mode,some of these units won't attempt to start untill they are programed.

thanx chris you were exactly right and yes the destructions were kinda confusing on that anyway i changed that wire and it worked but i think i got another wrong wire somewhere cause the blower motor for the hvac doesn't turn on everything else works the parking lights flash brake pedal works.....any ideas? im too burnt out on installing everything so i havent went back and rechecked all the connections gonna do that tomorrow night but if u see anything wrong lemme know thanx
