i have 2 questions one is i have a car that i can't find the trunk pop wire every wire that i tested was resting at ground.. i looked at the wire diagrams i have  and all wire colors are wrong from what i see. i think the bcm is messing me up because the factory switch is in th e drivers door  . I also see door locks in my diagram as saying double negative pulse to unlock or lock at the key cylinder,(it says test at key cylinder so i have to take drivers door off?) .i dont want to have to open door if i dont have too.I's there a better way of getting door locks without taking off door panel????? 2003 infinity  g 35

Hey mobiletoys2002,

Fist things first.  The trunk release wire is a BLUE wire at brown plug, pin 76 @ BCM in the driver kick panel, and is negative trigger (that's the easy part).  Now, door locks are a whole 'nother kettle of fish (whatever!)   Lock is RED / WHITE and unlock is BLUE/WHITE in the drivers door.  These are the driver door key cylinder wires. Meter the wires while turning the key in the driver door. Single pulse on the unlock wire will disarm the alarm without unlocking the doors. Unlock requires a double pulse.  Be careful 'cause extended triggers on the power door lock wires will roll the windows up and down.  double pulse door locks -- posted image.

i guess the door panel comes off that sucks. what a nightmare thanks anyways.one thing shouldnt i be able to get these wires out of the door going into the bcm????????that way i dony have to screw around taking door panel  off. i know i saw the motor wires at the bcm but i did not see the door key cylinder wires or anything that tests like them im thinking maybe they are behind the bcm.did you do this car before and if so did you go into the door???? i think there has to be a better way than that or maybe its because i dont like that way, lol.
