Just noticed when I lock and arm the alarm, the park lights flash as they should, but so do the dash instrument lights. Is this normal or did I wire it wrong? Thanks Bob

Yes this is normal, because the parking light circuit includes all the instrument lights also.

totally normal, basically what the alarm is doing is sort of "flipping" the parking switch by using a wire under the dash.

  mine dont.

most wiring is the same,   left side park light ,  right side park light

use two relays   ,   connect wire that flashes  the light from the alarm to

86 on th one relay and 85 on the other relay,    earth to  85   on one relay and 86 on the other relay    then  conect the right side park light to  30,    and  the  left  side park light to 30    unless youve got all the lights wired together  by the manufactor then this wont work............

           because mine are all seperate

the number plate lights are on one fuse

the clock  lights are on another fuse

and the   left  &  right  side lights  are both on  seperate fuses  ...
