Keyless Entry Question on 90 Mazda MX6

Hey this is a 1990 Mazda MX6 GT. I have a system in my car which you push the drivers side lock down and it locks the passengers too. So I would think this would have to be power locks then. So which wires do I look for, so I can put keyless entry on it?        This vehicle needs a actuator on the drivers door only,  Then it will work the rest.

you have to puchase a aftermaket door lock actuator and mount it into the door and wire it to the alarm because for your system when you push the lock button down on the driver door it locks/unlocks the doors, so you connect the actuator to the lock rod so when the alarm is armed/disarmed it will push/pull the lock button up/down thus locking/unlocking the car.

Yup ^. What you have in the driver's door is just a switch not a motor. It is a dead giveaway that if you don't have a lock switch then you need actuators.Certified Security Specialist

Also, when I do the drivers door, the passenger door unlocks/locks, whichever I am doing on the drivers door, so wouldn't this be a motor?

Yeah, a motor in the passenger door, not in the driver's door. Locking and unlocking the passenger door does not lock and unlock the driver's door does it? That's why everyone is saying you need to install an actuator in the driver's door.
