has anyone installed driver priority on 2002 toyota echo.Is the driver door unlock wire blue/black and if so,how do you use an spdt relay for this connection.
Iam using a black widow 1800mh which has a negative output for driver priority. This also has a child safety wire.
thanks in advance...

Blue/black for the driver motor unlock wire is common for toyotas so I would look for that to start. I have one source also listing it as blue/orange in the door so should you not get anywhere with the blue/black might want to look for that next. Here's how to hookup the relay as you see you will have to cut the wire:
85: To negative driver door priority wire on module
86: To 12volts positive fused
87: To 12volts positive fused
87a: To switch side of blue/black wire
30: To motor side of blue/black wire
Also normally on toyotas once you hookup driver door priority you don't have to worry about the child safety wire at all.
