wiring diagram for clifford matrix 3 in my VW

This seems to be a really popular question, but I can't find the right answer and need help. I just bought a new car, a 98 Volkswagen Cabrio. I've got my alarm out of my old car, but I dont feel like paying to have it re-installed, so i'm trying to get some friends to do it for me since one of them used to install alarms, and all they need is the wiring diagram.

So ok, I need the wiring diagram for a Clifford matrix 3 into a '98 VW Cabrio, and I also need to know how I deactivate the factory alarm my car comes with as it must be done when I install the Clifford. Please help me :)
