I was trying to hook up an alarm called the KG-880 by King's Gun (mobile security system).  I was wondering if you can help me out with this or at least provide a wiring diagram for a 99 dodge stratus es v6.  This is the wiring diagram for the alarm - http://www.q3wholesale.com/kg880diagram.html

i know where the four main wires are (ignition, 12volt, starter, and acc)  but can some one tell me how and where to cut, hook them up to the alarm by looking at the diagram of the alarm.  (mostly the first set of wires on the top and the relay)

Make sure that you have a DMM to test the wires that you probe to make sure that they are the correct wire. Do not assume that the wire codes are always correct, they are a guide. As far as connecting these wires you want to find your starter wire that you suspect being, cut the wire and attemp to start the car. If  the car cranks that's the wrong wire. If it is the right wire, the wire leading back to the starter will go to the wire on the relay from the alarm marked starter, the other side of that cut wire will go to the other wire on the relay of the alarm marked key side or switch side. Then after that find your ignition wire where it will only show you 12 volts when you turn the key to the on position, not all the way where you would crank the car, and 0 volts when turned to the off position.  Remember never probe wires that are contained in a yellow loom, probing these wires may and can deploy the air bag system causing serious injuries. Be very cautious around these wires. Hope this helps you a little bit.
