Having a problem getting A/C, heater to work with the above system. I've tried just about every wiring diagram available, with no results. I've tried running 2 30 amp relays, which worked but got very, very hot. The system works fine except no A/C and heat. My co-worker (vehicle owner) is getting impatient as the hot wether is arriving. As he told me when he got the system as a gift, " this is a easy job". I've installed quite a few of these type of remote starts with little or no problems. Any help will be greatley appreciated. Thanks in advance.

heres the link for the diagram, scroll down until you see 04 ram.
carefully look at the ignition(s) or acc(s) that need to be powered. as for the relay, being hot..... never heard of it.
