local autoparts store...it used to be aid auto parts but im not sure what it is now...

if you double checked all of your wires and everything looks goos, you might want to return the unit...Good Luck

30 amp is a common number a lot of manufactures use to run their whole system. While this is fine for most cars, some cars it just isn't enough. If the wire is getting warm, then definately run a larger gauge wire first. Also, try disconnecting the orange wire and let it run to see if the fuse blows. Obviously the heat won't activate with remote start, but it should still start and run fine. If it DOES run fine, use a relay and hook it up as follows: 85: To acc 1 output on module (+) 86: To a good ground 30: To 12volts positive @ the ignition switch (thick red wire) - put a 25 amp fuse on this wire! 87a: Not Used 87: To your orange accessory wire at the ignition switch All this does is lessen the load on your remote starter and put some load onto the factory ignition wiring which it's meant for.. Another thing to try is try putting the a/c on medium or low setting rather than the high setting. Or try the low and high instead of the medium. Some cars actually draw a LOT more amperage on the medium speed settings than they do on the high settings. You wouldn't think it works that way but a lot of times it does so give that a try. Either way the first option with the relay should take care of your problem. Good luck, Mike
