i have the av996a in my 2000 accord and not it is not work .

i am looking at the avital 4400 . is it a good or bad page?

it's ok... i'd look at a true responder unit like Clifford or Viper myself ... but it's OK

ive done a few of the avital alarms including the 4400 (Made by DEI), range is ok, but the antenna is built into the brain so it too will be tucked up under the dash which can cause reception issues.

the antenna is not built into the brain in the Avital 4400. It is a windshield mount AM antenna.   it's a good little unit, i had one in my own vehicle until i upgraded to a Clifford 3.5.....

same with the 4300  it not built into the brain.

ok so it work good in my car and it is Am .... is the viper 690 Am also? is XHF+ = am?

i was thinking of the 2200 i think has everything including the shock sensor built in.
