Do ALL alarms have a coded valet switch where one press it  X  amount of times to disarm the alarm system if you lose the remote ?? About 10 years ago I had an Audiovox Prestige and it had this type of valet switch which I thought was pretty neat. What other alarms have it or is it standard now on all alarms ?? IS there anything out there that is better than that, that totally eliminates the valet switch ?? Thanks again for any info.

Thanks, but are they coded like pressing it 3 times or 5 times to shut it off or are they all just on and off switches ?? I prefer coded, making it a little harder for a theif to disable to the alarm. I know CLifford used to have a coded valet switch, I do not know if they still have this.
