massive aladdin a2000 problem

Well this seems to be the situation:

The alarm system was professionally installed and was working perfectly fine in a 2000 wrx. The car was taken to a performance shop where it is now and for some reason the alarm is malfunctioning. The car sat with the battery disconnected for roughly 3 weeks. The parking lights and tail lights stay on permanently and the aftermarket Autometer Cobalt gauges no longer seem to be reading any signal. I have tried repeatedly to enter the valet mode using the control module as instructed in the .pdf instructions. The control module does not beep or flash and no honk or siren is heard after entering the code correctly. I need to get this problem resolved right away so any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the control module doesn't beep when you press the red button and all the wires are connected and no fuse is burned out, then you have a faulty communication antenna. I have had this happen to a previous system from another installed unit and I replaced the communication module and everything worked again.
