Well, I'll be trying to install this alarm this weekend in my car.  I've never installed an alarm before, so I'm trying to make sure I have everything figured out.

1.  It says factory alarm arms/disarms with lock/unlock.  Since the factory alarm flashes the parking lights, and turns on the dome light, do I still need to hook up those wires for the clifford?  H1/2 and H1/4.

2.  I'm installing 2 530T modules for all 4 windows.  Can I do all the wiring from the driver's side door?  Do I set each module for front/rear or right/left side windows?  Also, do I just hook up both modules to the same output wire on the alarm?  I believe it's H1/1.  It's the ground when armed output.  Also, exactly what is the purpose of this wire?

3.  If I have the 555H installed for the remote start, what kind of imobilization security do I still have?  I read on another post that there is a starter kill relay built in, but I didn't see any mention of it in the manual.

4.  Harness 2 - No idea.  Since the factory alarm arms/disarms with lock/unlock, do I need to hook these wires up?  Do I need to disable the factory alarm for the remote start?

5.  Do  I need any extra relays besides the trunk release?

If you can answer these questions, please help!  thanks~

Nobody wants to help???

Also, just looked at the door lock relay (451M).  Manual just says Blue and green 3 pin harness, for +/-, but doesn't mention anything about the purple, white, brown, green, blue wires for the relay.  How do I hook those up?

Thanks.

1. You still need to hook up to the disarm wire in the drivers door or else the factory alarm will go off when you remote start the car. The wire is either BLACK/ red or blue depending on where you find it. I think the easiest place is at the window switch in the drivers door. No need to worry about factory alarm arm.
2. You need to go into each door and get the wires between the switch and motor. Most cars you don't have to, but you do on yours. Make sure to run power to the battery. A good ground is also very important. Yes, the ground when armed wire activates the two modules. When you arm the alarm the alarm shows ground on that wire telling the windows to go up.
Use violet/black and WHITE/ black to roll down the windows if you want to be able to roll down only 2 windows at a time. If you want all 4 to roll down at once, connect either the violet/black and WHITE/ black to the down input.
3. The immobilzer still works....its just easier to bypass if the module can be located.
4. See #1
5. You shouldn't, unless you want domelight supervision to still work.

Thanks for the info.  Do I really need to wire each door seperately for the window modules, or is that just to have 1 touch on each window switch?  Can I wire everything from the driver door, and have remote control of all the windows?

After studying all the wires again, here are the questions I still have.

1. 555h - 7 wires

Blue/white - Key Sense - no problem. Hook it up to the keysense wire shown on the wiring chart.

Black - ground - self explanitory

Blue - Remote Start wire - What do I hook this up to?  Blue wire from the 4 pin harness on the relay satellite?

Red - 12volt - self explanitory

Yellow - Data car side - No idea  where this is supposed to go

BLACK / YELLOW - Data Key Side - No idea where this is supposed to go

BLACK/ White - Synch - No idea where this is supposed to go.

Relay Satellite 4 pin harness

Blue - (-) status output - Not sure.  Do I hook this up to the blue wire on the 555h?

Orange (-)200mA 2nd accessory output.  Where does this go?

Purple (-) 200mA starter output.  Where does this go?

Pink (-) 200mA 3rd ignition output.  Where does this go?

Door Lock Relay

5 wire harness Violet/black, GREEN/ black, WHITE/ black, blue/black, BROWN / black.  How do I hook this up?

Shock Sensor

There's a free blue wire, and a looped blue wire.  What do I do with these?

Harness 1

H1/3 blue/white remote start (-) activation input.  What do I hook this up to?  There's a diagram of a button, like the valet button, but I only have the valet button.  Am I missing a piece?

Sorry for all the questions.  This is my first time, and I really want to make sure I do this right.

If you take your steering column apart you will find all of your wires for the bypass there. That blue wire goes to the status wire of your alarm the blue wire you are talking about. You don't use a 451M on your car. Just hook up the green and blue wires to your lock and unlock wires in the car.

Double check everything..use solder and tape. BE CAREFUL! I'm not trying to scare you just warn you. Repairs for this car are expensive. Use a DMM

Thanks for the info on the door locks.  I still don't understand where the following bypass module wires go.  There's no mention of these wires on the Directwire wiring diagram for my car.

1. 555h -

Other posts I read seem to indicate that I can use this wire, or the blue/white wire on Harness 1 to hook up to the blue wire on the 555h.

Orange (-)200mA 2nd accessory output.  Where does this go?

Purple (-) 200mA starter output.  Where does this go?

Pink (-) 200mA 3rd ignition output.  Where does this go?

Shock Sensor

There's a free blue wire, and a looped blue wire.  What do I do with these?

1. 555h -
The wires for this all go up to the key cylinder. Remove the black housing around the column and you will see 2 plugs that go to the key cylinder area with about 6 or 7 wires in each.
Yellow - Data car side - No idea  where this is supposed to go
Read the instructions for the 555H. Its very clear.
BLACK / YELLOW - Data Key Side - No idea where this is supposed to go

Tape the free wire off. Its used if you are adding extyra sensors.

JWORM, thanks for all the help.  Sorry about the questions on the 555h.  I bought it off ebay, and I didn't get any instructions.  Also, under what circumstances are the 3 wires on the relay satellite 4 pin harness used for?  Ok, hopefully I'll be able to get everything hooked up this weekend :).  THanks again.

They are used to trigger additional relays if your vehicle has additional igniton, accessory or starter wires.
If you need a manual for a 555H, drop me a PM and I could probably email you one.
