Installed an aladdin 2000a r/s this weekend, the car starts fne, but the heater/ac wont work during remote start, the radio does work.and the ac light, lites up but no blower..... these are my wire connections...

Car                 Color                       R/S                          Color

Power             RED                       Power                      Red

Power              PK/Black              Power 2                    RED / white

Ignition 1         Blue                       Ignition                     Yellow

Starter              Yellow                   Starter                       White

Accessory        BK/White              ACC                           Pink

Accessory        BK/WHite             HEater/AC                 Blue

Ignition 2          BK/Orange          Ignition 2                    Gray

Now the only thing, I'm thinking maybe the heater/ac(Blue on r/s) should be connected to the bk/orange too(ignition 2)?

any help greatly appreciated!!!

the blower motor should be on accy so it cuts out during crank.  see if thats how it is when you use the key.  turn the blower all the way up and crank, if it doesnt cut out it should be on ign.

you only need red, yellow, blue, and BLACK/ orange.  WHITE/ black isnt necessary for remote start, but it might have the blower running off it.

If you have not programmed the unit yet, you will need to do this. As default for the unit, the ACC wire will not turn on for 5 minutes after remote start. You need to program this so that there is 0 time between start and ACC power up.

thanks for the quick reply, I did program for 0, but the blower still doesnt work while the car is in remote start, the radio and cd does work. I think one of my wires are crossed.....

Should the Heater/ac wire(Blue on R/s) go to Accessory(BK/Wh) on the vehicle or should it go to the Ignition 2(BK/Or) or Ignition 1(Blue) wires.

I guess I'm trying to figure out what wire on the vehicle should I use for the Heat/ac on the remote starter?

Thanks!!!!!
