hey guys, i have a 2002 tacoma and i put a keyless entry/remote start in my truck this weekend. it went in nice but i couldnt find 2 wires. the dome light wire to turn on the dome light when i unlock the truck and head light wire to flash my lights when i lock my truck and stuff. i know kinda where they are but cant find them, the schematic i have tell me the headlight wire is RED / blue on a 16 pin gray connector at fuse block at headlight switch located in driver kick panel, but on the fuse block every connector has a RED / blue wire on it and they all look simialr and i couldnt find it. also the dome light is a BLACK/ white wire, located on a 2 pin gray connector at fuse block on driver kick panel, and i cant find that on either, any help as to where these are would be greatly appricated, thanks guys.

You don't really need the dome light wire, it is supposed to come on when the doors unlock, automatically.Or that is the way mine is, a 2001.

Are you sure you have the right door trigger wires?

Are you even testing the wires before making the connection?
